- 3Provide B2 German language certificate (most Ärztekammern now require C1 for Approbation)
- 4If degree is not directly equivalent: prepare for Kenntnisprüfung (knowledge exam in German) or supervised Anpassungsmaßnahme (adaptation period)
- 5Background check: police clearance certificate from India, apostille required
- 6Approbation granted: valid across all German states; you can practice independently
